Tarka the Otter

Many of you will remember this marvellous film but how many of you know the role played by Pete Talbot (R71-74)? In 1976 he was invited by film producers David Cobham and Bill Travers to hand rear a baby otter called Spade for the title role in Tarka the Otter. Pete has recently created a Facebook page called “Tarka and Me” and has written a book about this experience. See his Facebook page here.
