Tim Mitchel (R67-77) writes : We are delighted to organise an OF gathering in London in Februry 2026. We are going to try something different by organising it at lunchtime at a venue conveniently located for the Underground and near the world famous Borough Market.
Details are below and for those who are not familiary with the George Inn, it is a remarkable pub with many stories to tell. Dating back to at least the 16th century and rebuilt after the Southwark fire of 1676, the George remains a fascinating indicator of London’s colourful history and is the last remaining galleried inn left in London. It is owned by the National Trust.
