Ed Wharton (G80-85) says : This is a reminder that if you have not already responded to me, to get in touch about hopefully being able to join us at the next OF Norfolk Supper on Thursday 20th November 2025, 7.00 for 7.30pm. This year we will be hosted at the Kings Head, Harts Lane, Bawburgh, Norwich NR9 3LS and it would be good to think as many of you as possible would like to attend. The Kings Head has accommodation available on request directly to the pub.
Please let me know by 13 November 2025 at the latest.
The cost will be £40 per head to include a coffee to finish.
The menu will be as follows:
Starter……. Gin cured sea trout, pickled fennel, beetroot, nori cracker.
Main Course……. Treacle cured venison haunch, Jerusalem artichoke, wild mushroom, kale, red wine jus.
Dessert……Chocolate marquise, chocolate crumble, hazelnut praline, hazelnut ice cream.
Of course, any vegetarians or specific dietary requirements can be catered for but let me know well in advance.
