OF gatherings in Cape Cod Massachusetts

Overseas Bag Editor Chris Essex (K69-75) writes : during the summer I was touring the US and Canada with my family.  Towards the start of this visit we stayed for a few nights with Richard Rowe (S65-74) and his wife Denise at their summer house on beautiful Cape Cod.   We were looked after really well and shown around the area.  One of the highlights was Richard cooking a lobster broil – see photo below

During our visit I contacted other OFs in the area about meeting up with Richard and I and we were delighted when Jane Taylor (P86-94) said she was now in the area and would like to meet upon 28 July 2026.  Above is a picture of us – from left to right Richard, Jane and Chris.

Finally in Richard’s garden he is blessed with hummingbirds that I have never seen before.  Richard tells me they are Ruby-throated Hummingbird.  We confess that one of these photos has had a little AI help!
