The Menu for the evening will be:
Starter: Ham hock & pea terrine with apricot chutney. Focaccia croute & baby leaf salad.
Main: Herb & Garlic Marinated Corn Fed Chicken with Boulangere Potatoes, Roasted Mushroom Puree, Kale and Chicken Gravy.
Dessert: Passionfruit and Mango Delice with Mango Sorbet
