Sir Jeremy Mirth Sullivan (Rendlesham 1959-1963)

He was called to the Bar in 1968, took Silk in 1982, was a Recorder from 1989 until 1997 and was appointed a Deputy High Court Judge in 1993. He served as attorney general to the Prince of Wales between 1994 and 1997. He has been a judge of the High Court of Justice, Queen’s Bench Division, since 1 October 1997 and was knighted in the same year. On 15 December 2008 it was announced that he was going to be appointed a Lords Justices of Appeal from 12 January 2009.
