An appeal on behalf of the family of Maisie Keable
College Crest
We have recently been made aware that the daughter of Mrs Keable, who used to work in the College kitchens, is severely ill and the family are in the process of setting up a charity called “For Maisie”. Maisie has just completed a 6-week radiotherapy course at Addenbroke’s, but is still undergoing chemotherapy. Costs are big for the family, particularly as work is difficult for both parents due to the time they are having to give to caring for Maisie.

Although the College has provided support to the family and supports this appeal, it is not within the remit of the Society itself to be able to donate to this cause. However, we thought some Old Framlinghamians, particularly those who know of Maisie, might be interested. If you want to make a donation, it should be a cheque made out to ‘Patrick Keable’ (her father), and sent to Sarah Moore, 4 Tudor Close, Framlingham, IP13 9SL. Sarah Moore is organising the fund-raising for the charity.
